Q&A GET TO KNOW ME TAG!

I probably should not be doing this but since I'm already here so let's blogs about myself and I've read BFF's blog and she asked me to do this tag like earlier on so I decide to do this at a very inappropriate time!

1. Is it cute when guys kiss you on your forehead?
Umm, when I'm self conscious I don't think it's cute, cause I'm afraid that my forehead is oily(WHICH IT IS NOT!). The problem lies with me so I don't think I would be comfortable with guys kissing my forehead.

2. A big poofy dress or a short party dress?

Short party dress.

3. Are diamonds a girl's best friend?

No. I don't know why girls NEED diamonds. But I believe that when girls wear diamond necklace or anything diamond-ish lol, they feel more confident, so it's more like a "make yourself feel better" thing instead of a best friend. Cause you cannot bitch with a diamond(literally best friend I'm talking about).

4. Is your hair up or down today?

Down.

5. Do you straighten your hair?

Yes, permanently.

6. Favorite mascara?

Bourjois's VOLUMIZER!

7. Do you get your nails done?

Well I used to get them done more frequently since my stepmum's a manicurist. But every now and then when I'm in the mood I get my pedicure session muahahaha! But I always spoil them in awhile :(

8. Small or large bag?

Medium, since I'm not that suited for large bags.

9. Jeans or sweats?

Sweats.

10. Do you wear clothes/shoes/jewelry that's uncomfortable?

No, I'd prefer to look good and feel comfortable at the same time.

11. Do you text message a lot?

 Yes.

12. Whats your favorite color?

Army green, lime green and red.

13. Heels or flats?

Heels :)

14. Would you ever leave the house without makeup on?

Yes, I'm normally too lazy to do my make up. But recently I put in more effort to doll up.

15. Isotonic drinks or plain water?

Plain water.

16. Do you think lip gloss is the best?

Anything that can moisturize my lips is like the best. I like Elizabeth Arden 8 hour lip protection stick now.

17. Do you own any big sunglasses?

I'm not sure if they're big, but I own like 3 pairs of sunglasses, those cheap one.

18. How long does it take you to get ready in the morning?

Morning means school. So 1 hour, not because I take a long time to do my hair or anything. I just need time to wake up and eat.

19. Gold or silver?

Can I choose pearl? Okay maybe gold.

20. Do you like to wear dresses?

No, except when I'm lazy to match my outfit.

21. In the last 48 hours have you hung out with a guy?

HAHAHAH NO.

22. Do you like to hold hands?

Yes, I hold hands with myself a lot :')

23. What do you notice when you first meet a guy?

Nails, toe nails, height, hair. Humor is important.

24. Do you like making eye contact?

Yes, I like to make people feel awkward.

25. Would you kill for chocolate?

No.

26. On a scale from 1-10 how fun is shopping?

OVER 9000!!!!! #memenerd

27. Do you yell a lot?

Yes, at anything and everything. I tend to over-react.

28. Do you wear sweatpants/pajamas to school/work?

No, I've never done that. And I don't think I would ever do that.

29. Have you ever dressed unlike yourself to impress a guy?

No, how would I know what will impress him?

30. What makeup could you not live without?

Primer, concealer, eyeshadow, eyeliner, eyebrow kit. That's like everything.

31. Do you fall in love easily?
No, I think both parties should get to know each other well first before getting together, that's security for myself right there. And what if you decide that you don't like the person that much in the end?! So like you'll feel stupid right.

32. Do you have cramps?

On the first day on the cycle, it's like giving birth to porcupines.

Siying's trip to SG! Part 1 Wordy post!

Today is special because, 1. I finished my FnN coursework part B & I BROUGHT SIYING AROUND MARINA BAY AREA! Hehe! We went to lots of places! Mainly because we’re sooo excited! And we just wanted to spend time together! The first stop is Singapore flyer! Since I ended school late(5.30pm) we reached Marina Bay at around 8.30pm and there’s this really cute display where they make mini Singapore out of recycled packet drinks. I think that’s why our school is collecting packet drinks now, like for recycling purposes or maybe not. But it’s still cool! I can see the amount of effort being put into the whole art piece.

So we went to board the flyer and the walkway to the boarding of the cabin is purposely set up for it to look like we’re gonna board the plane. Which is reaaally cool! I really liked the idea, and I can see a lot of recycling ideas and concepts being put into the designs inside the boarding area of the flyer.  Then we went to board the flyer, the irritating thing about the flyer is really just the LED lights that they line the cabin with, it makes our photos look very cheap we cannot really camwhore inside cause our face will turn blue and green. So we ended up not taking that much photos and just enjoyed the view of Singapore’s night sky and city lights instead. I was staring at all these tall buildings in our city and thought “Lee Kuan Yew must be so damn proud of himself and our country!” Like who imagined that Singapore could do this well as a small little red dot.

Only solution to make us look "normal" was to use B&W.

We had late dinner at 10pm at Popeyes and had Subway cookies! It was SiYing’s first time trying the cookies as well! So we ate our dinner really quickly cause we wanted to visit the helix bridge! So we went, and then quickly took a few photos of Marina Bay, then took a short walk to Marina Square, if that’s what it’s called. We wanted head home after that BUT THEN we walked past Gardens by the bay! Carrying the thought that we would not go to Marina Bay for the 2^nd time, we decided to go inside the garden and just have a quick look at it since I’ve also not been there. But we were there for like 30mins and then we quit cause it was too hot. Even at night! And we’re too broke and cannot afford to take the taxi home.

We managed to catch the last train but it terminated the service at Bishan, and then this bitch train! Decided to depart like after 1minute! Considering that there’s still a distance to walk if we are going to take that train, so we had to RUN!! I was all like “I’m a good person!! What did I do to deserve this?” while running cause I thought that we are going to miss the train! But thankfully, Singapore’s transport is awesome! We still managed to get home by train even though it was late (1am) but we still got home. Then we slept at 2.

Skipped school on the 31^st for SiYing kekeke! Partly because imma lazy pig! Woke up at 10 or 11 when she already woke up like hours before I did, I always wake up later than her idk why, but this is happening since like we were younger so I guess I cannot help it :p I actually dreamt that I went to school and listened to Mrs Kok’s talk and I was like “Oh shit, I told saying I’m not going to school!” was so relieved that it was actually a dream! We went out at 11.45am and headed to Orcahrd Ion, where I splurged yet again at Sephora. They really need to like set a rule where only people with 10k in their bank are eligible to spend money there. My savings are all donated to sephora already okay!! Need to work there during the holidays to get my money back.

So then we headed to Far East and did a little bit of shopping, i bought a pair of shoes :9 suck at resisting! And SiYing got a pair of shorts. The things at far east are getting quite expensive cause it’s mostly like designer brands, not those Gucci or Prada kinds but those where they start their own labels. So we went to bugis instead. The place where we spent like all of our cash at! Didn’t take much photos on that day. Because we’re both busy shopping and bargaining with the china ladies at the shops.

SHOPPING TIPS:

1.      WEAR REALLY REALLY COMFORTABLE SHOES WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO DO SERIOUS SHOPPING! LIKE CROCS OR SOMETHING!

2.      BRING LOTS OF CASH WHEN YOU’RE AT BUGIS, LITTLE SHOPS ACCEPT NETS.

Part 2 is coming up as soon as I have the time to update on my blog! Also, I’m going to edit my blogskin! No drastic changes but the one you are seeing now is only half done!
